Get Over It!

I think everyone knows I film 2-3 new workouts for our site every week. Well, today I had to tell myself to GET OVER IT! I’m having a day that requires me to dig deep and know that the workout is the best thing I can do for myself. I always feel better after a workout and today was the perfect example. Honestly, I think I could have laid in my bed and eaten a bag of sour cream and onion potato chips (salt issues).
I know everyone has those days. I watch my client’s rationalize not working out and making excuses for their bad food choices. GET OVER IT! We all make occasional missteps whether its our health choices or decisions we make concerning our families and careers. We have to move forward. Wallowing in bad choices only makes us feel defeated, and depressed. You (I) have to decide not to beat ourselves up over occasional missteps and refocus on our ultimate goals…better health and self confidence.
Life is short…go kick some ass!
