Webworkout101 helps me to maintain my weight and feeling good in my old blue jeans! I workout on-line two times a week with a friend. Then two other days we hike on the local trails. I'm a member because I like the access to a trainer so I know I'm working all the right muscles. Upper body/lower body, I don't have to worry because Debbie figures all that out. She pushes and suggests heavier weights or more reps at key points, but you make the decisions (I like that). Debbie's workouts are as easy or as hard as you want to make them. I'm always in control of the workouts and push my self as to how I feel that day.

I've been using Webworkout101 for a few months now in combination with hiking. I'm one of those people who do better if I workout with other people. If we set a regular time to meet I'm much more likely to do the workouts. There are a few of us who get together a few times each week. We watch Debbie's videos on my laptop in my garage after doing a long walk in the park across the street. On the weekends we try to do a five to seven mile hike. Some of us used to train with Debbie when she was in California, and so it's great to see her in her usual casual, friendly style that keeps us laughing as well as working our muscles. We talk back to her when she gets off on the counts and generally have a good time of it. The workouts in the library let you pick what muscle groups you want to work. Since the holidays we've been going back to basics and the workouts really help. On the days when there is no one available to work out and I get up the motivation I actually enjoy using Webworkout101. It feels like I'm still working out with a friend.
